At Ashaby, we strive to ensure that every order arrives in excellent condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item.
To report a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, customers must contact Ashaby within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:
• A clear photo of the outer shipping package
• A clear photo of the shipping label
• Clear photos of the product and any visible damage
• A brief description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent the processing of a claim.
Ashaby reserves the right to review all claims and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.
Claims submitted after the required reporting period may not be eligible for review or compensation.
Customers are encouraged to contact Ashaby directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. In many cases, issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.
