15. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

  • missing items;

  • tampered with;

  • incomplete;

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  3. clear photos of the product;

  4. clear photos of the outer packaging and shipping label;

  5. any other relevant supporting evidence requested.

16. Multiple Shipments

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date, time, or event, including birthdays, holidays, travel dates, or promotional deadlines.
